Blueberry Crushed

After all the green smoothies over last few days, I was badly craving a simple blueberry smoothie and it turned out extremely rich and tasty. Try this simple one with just few added ingredients… 

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh blueberries

1 banana (frozen if you like)

1 cup greek yoghurt

1 tsp probiotic powder

1 tbs chia seeds (optional)

Blend all the ingredients and enjoy! If the yoghurt be too thick then dilute with a little water.
