Not every morning do I wake up being all energetic and excited about churning out some healthy breakfast ideas and that’s when this lazy bowl comes handy.
There is absolutely no rocket science in making it and my sharing it might look absurd but think about all the times we stand in front of the kitchen counter wondering what to eat that is not bad to taste and is wholesome too. Well, I go through this a lot and assuming there would be some of you like me, I am posting this.
All you need is some yoghurt as a base. It can be plain or flavoured; just how you like it. Vegans can use non-dairy version.
Boost it up with a mix of these; whatever you have available on your shelves.
- Roasted oats/amaranth/porridge
Any fruits or berries. You can just add one fruit if you like.
Energise it with some superfoods. I am sure not all of us have all the goddamn power-foods at home so I am mentioning all these for you to choose from. And if you have none then you must buy some. For lazy ones like me there are so many websites to order from.
- 1 tsp Maca powder
1 tbs Chia seeds
1 tbs Roasted Flax seeds
1 tbs Hemp seeds
1 tbs Goji berries
Some roasted nuts (almonds, cashews, pine nuts etc. )
Make it tastier with chunks of pure and organic chocolate. I use 85% cacao one.
