Tropical Vegan Smoothie

I am not a big fan of kiwi in my smoothies. So, I naturally try to camouflage the flavour with something else. In this usual effort of fighting kiwis, I ended up with this yummy and extremely nutritious tropical smoothie with kiwi, banana and grapefruit being the key players. The picture above gives a clear sense of this tropical smoothie recipe. Like all other smoothie recipes, it is totally up to you what you want to use as base. I generally use soy milk and sometimes almond milk and seldom yoghurt or cow milk. This smoothie has a bonus point of being naturally sweet and needs not a pinch of sweetener. Try it the coming morning and you will thank yourself. 

Ingredients for 2- 

1 Big Banana or 2 small (Frozen)

2 kiwis

Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice (I squeeze it like lemon by hands 😉 )

Soy Milk

Process- 

Simply blend all ingredients together with milk and grapefruit juice and enjoy. 🙂
